You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using EZRE on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

EZRE offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to EZRE, including documents, transaction data, client information, and communications ("Your Content").

6.2 License to EZRE

By uploading content, you grant EZRE a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.

7. AI-Generated Content

EZRE uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• AI analysis is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real estate advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• EZRE does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Provide false license information

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your data before account closure.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
